Hybrid Battery Status information

The approximate amount of electric charge available in the hybrid battery is

displayed in one of 8 different levels. Unlike the vehicle fuel gauge, it is normal for

the battery status indicator to actively move up and down and change color,

depending on driving conditions. The top green bar may not appear except after

driving down long mountain grades.
