Printing a booklet

You can print and bundle your document to make a booklet.

Customize Printer Properties for booklets.

a

Select Portrait.

Select a paper size. Choices include Statement, Letter, A4, 
or A5.

Open Printer Properties. For help, see page 39.

Click the Job Finishing tab.

Select Booklet.

Select the number of Sheets Per Bundle.

Note: A bundle is any number of sheets of paper folded together. When printing 

with a heavier paper stock, select a smaller number of sheets per bundle.

Select the option on the screen that prints reloading instructions.

h

Click OK.

Print, and then assemble your booklet.
