Service Manual

4408-XXX

Print engine removal

1. Remove scanner lid.

2. Remove scanner assembly.

3. Remove midframe.

4. Move the carrier to the center of the printer.

5. Remove two screws (A) from print engine.

6. Disconnect cables from system board.

7. LIft and remove print engine.

Scanner lid assembly removal

1. Open the lid.

2. Lift and remove.

Scanner and ADF assembly removal

1. Remove scanner lid.

2. Lift scanner assembly.
