Click the
AppendTimestamp
property. Since you expect to receive more than one new order,
you will need some way to distinguish between all the image files. Verify the setting is TRUE;
this will append a timestamp to produce a unique file name for each new order received.

The new Action is inserted at the bottom of the existing script.

Use the
Compile
button to compile the script for the Document Server.

Use the
Save to Server
button to send the updated instructions to the Document Server.
Once it has been saved to the server, the new script is ready to use.
Note:
Since the instructions are kept on the server and not the MFP, no changes are needed
for the profile on the MFP. Your users can continue to use the existing FaxOrder
profile, but now, when the Document Server receives these jobs, the modified script
will run and save the file.
