Press and hold SET until the hours digits flash.

Set the hours by pressing the ADJ/ST-SP and press
SET to confirm.
●
Set the minutes by pressing ADJ/ST-SP and press SET
to finish your settings.
●
Press ADJ/ST-SP to start the countdown. During the
countdown, the indicator COUNT will flash in the upper
right corner of the screen.
●
When the timer reaches zero, a long alert tone will be played. The alert can be
stopped manually using SET, ADJ/ST-SP or MODE or will stop definitely after one
minute. Once the timer reaches zero, the stopwatch will automatically start a count
up (the indicator COUNT UP will flash in the upper right corner). To stop the count
up, press ADJ/ST-SP.
Operating the stopwatch
1. Use MODE/RESET to toggle between the countdown screen [COUNT UP] and the
stopwatch screen [COUNT].
2. While the indicator COUNT UP is flashing in the upper right corner of the screen,
press ADJ/ST-SP to start the stop watch.
Important notes:

The countdown and the stopwatch can be set up to 99’59.59.
●
Press ADJ/ST-SP at any time to start/stop the countdown timer or the stopwatch.
●
Keeping ADJ/ST-SP pressed down will adjust the digits at a faster rate.
●
When the countdown timer or the stopwatch is stopped, you can press MODE/RESET
to reset its displayed time to zero
AUDIO PACER
The Audio Pacer allows you to pace your workout by producing a beep sound. The user
can set the number of beeps per minute.
1. Set the selection switch to PACER.
2. Press [SET] to adjust the beat rate from 20BPM
(beat per minute) to 240BPM in 20BPM incremental steps.
3. Press ADJ/ST-SP key to turn the pacer on and off.
Note: the pacer can only be turned on or off in the pacer mode.

MAINTENANCE
Clean the unit with a soft damp cloth; do not use any detergent product. Then, wipe the unit
until completely dry. Never immerse in water and protect from rain and extreme temperatures.
Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or to any other source of heat. Do not drop the unit
or subject it to strong impacts. Do not dismantle. To avoid damage caused by leakage of the
battery fluid, replace batteries once every two years regardless of how much the unit has
been used during that time.
