Troubleshooting
Should you detect a fault on the Mobile Power Pack:
1.
Do not connect the Mobile Power Pack to your de-
vices whilst the Mobile Power Pack is being char-
ged.
Do not leave any cables connected to the Mobile
Power Pack when it is not in use.
Only use original accessories that are supplied with
this device or that are optionally available.
If the Mobile Power Pack is not used for an exten-
ded period of time, carry out the following steps in
order to maintain performance:
Never expose the Mobile Power Pack to tempera-
tures above 60°C.
Check if your fault is contained in the list.
Ensure that the Mobile Power Pack does not
become fully discharged.
Store the Mobile Power Pack and the acces-
sories in a cool, dry place in order to prevent
short circuits.
