18.1.

Functional check

Please make sure that the wheelchair is being maintained at least once a year by your

LEVO

dealer to assure and to guarantee the safe functioning of the chair.

The

LEVO LCEV

is delivered already greased. Additional greasing should only be carried

out professionally by your dealer.
For your chair the dealer should provide a service card in which all details of necessary
maintaining or repairs are noted.

The following general functional check should be made before and after
maintenance:

•

Function of the armrest switch or remote control and cabling

•

Function of actuator and gas springs.

•

Function of the charging unit (green LED light)

•

Braking effect when driving uphill (Inclination: 8 degree)

•

Braking effect when driving downhill (Inclination: 11 degree)

•

Check all screws are securely fastened
