product is guaranteed from the date of purchase for:

covering all material and manufacturing defects of mechanical
parts.

One year
covering all electronic components including the motors.
•
Batteries are excluded from the warranty.
LEVO AG
will not repair or replace free of charge any part or parts found to be
defective due to abuse, misuse or lack of maintenance.
The customer has no claim on warranty, if there has been any design
modifications (mechanic or electronic) made on the wheelchair without the
approval from
LEVO AG.
