4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to assign more ports to the selected
VLAN group.
5. When you are finished configuring one VLAN group, press
the GROUP button to scroll to the next VLAN group. Re-
peat steps 2 through 4 to assign ports to the new group.
6. Press the MODE button to save the configuration settings
and go to the next function (Port Trunking).
7. Press the MODE button to return to normal (port status)
mode.
With a little planning and minimum effort, you can cordon off
workstations in your company for effective and practical “Smart
Groups”, as demonstrated below.
