2.1 - Electrical characteristics 

The PARTNER LSA VS 40 alternator is an 

alternator without sliprings or revolving field 

brushes.

 

2.2 - Mechanical characteristics 

-  Steel frame

-  Aluminium end shields

-  Protected ball bearings, greased for life

-  Mounting arrangement
