 13. Warranty   

       of Hatex AS GmbH 

 

You obtain a warranty of 3 years 

on this appliance from the date of 

purchase.  

Warranty conditions

• The warranty period begins with the 
purchase date. Keep the original-re-
ceipt. It is the proof of purchase.
• Within three years from the purchase 
date if a material or production fault 
occurs, we shall replace or repair it free 
of cost according to the option chosen 
by us.
• It is taken for granted that within the 
specified term of three years, the appli-
ance as well as the receipt, including a 
brief written description of the defect 
shall be submitted. The description must 
include the information regarding what 
is the defect and when it has occurred.
• If the defect is covered under our 
warranty, you receive a new product or 
we repair the defective appliance. 
• By exchanging or repairing the 
product, new warranty period does not 
start. Replacing or repairing the parts 
of the appliance does not extend the 
warranty period.  
• The warranty period shall not be 
extended due to the warranty. 
• The damages or defects already 
existing while purchasing must be 
immediately notified after unpacking 
the goods. 
• Repairs after the expiry of the warran-
ty period are at the owner’s expense.
• Material or fabrication faults are 
covered under warranty. 
• Material or fabrication faults are

• Parts of the product, which are 
subject to normal wear and tear and 
are considered as wearing parts, 
are not covered under warranty. 
Components that are easily breakable 
or can be easily damaged, such as 
accumulators or parts of glass, are not 
covered under warranty. 
• The warranty claim expires due to 
external damage to the product, due 
to improper use and due to improper 
maintenance. Remove and follow all 
the information and instructions for 
proper use and appropriate mainte-
nance of the product of the operating 
manual.
• The warranty does not cover any 
defects or damages, which have 
occurred due to non-compliance with 
the operating manual. 
• Applications and activities, about 
which it has been advised or warned 
in the operating manual, should be 
avoided in any case.

In order to guarantee a quick process-
ing of your request, please follow the 
following instructions:
■ For the article number, please refer 
the data plate of the appliance, the 
retail carton or the operating manual. 
■ If functional fault or such defects 
occur, please contact the following 
service department via telephone or 
E-Mail. Further process is described for 
you in detail over there.
