Heat sink

Remove the system board

Make sure the following FRU (or CRU) have been removed.

“Remove the lower case” on page 28

“Remove the battery pack” on page 29

“Remove the WLAN card” on page 32

“Remove the heat sink” on page 34

Step 1. Disconnect the cables connected to the system board. Then, remove two screws from the hinges

and open the hinges.
