Procedure

Step 1.  Lower the Firmware and TPM 2.0 Security Module until it is firmly seated on the system board.
Step 2.  Secure the Firmware and TPM 2.0 Security Module to the system board with two screws.

Step 3.  Install the system board if necessary (see 

“Install the system board assembly” on page 151

).

•  Turn off the server and peripheral devices and disconnect the power cords and all external cables (see

•  If the server is installed in a rack, slide the server out on its rack slide rails to gain access to the top cover, 

or remove the server from the rack.
