Remove the camera

Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.

“Remove the LCD module” on page 49

“Remove the LCD bezel” on page 52

“Remove the hinge cover” on page 52

“Remove the LCD panel” on page 53

“Remove the camera privacy shutter” on page 56

“Remove the camera sponges” on page 58

“Remove the camera rubber” on page 60

Step 1. Disconnect the camera cable from the camera board and then remove the camera.
