SPECIFICATION GUIDE
Supply ARIA EC type air conditioning terminal units for chilled and hot water or electric heater application in
accordance with the dimensional drawings.
The performance of the ARIA units shall conform to the published data

The casings of the ARIA EC units will be made of galvanised steel of 8/10 mm minimum thickness and insulated
internally with Melamine foam insulation, of 8 mm minimum thickness, protected by aluminium foil glued to the
exposed surface.
The circular connection spigots for the supply and return air ducts shall be 200 mm in external diameter and have
a minimum length of 42 mm; these connections are fixed on the side or front of the unit casing
The ARIA unit shall have a spigot of 99 or 124 mm external diameter with respective internal diameters of 74 or
114 mm, for the integration of a 12.5 l/s or 44.4 l/s constant air flow fresh air controller
The ARIA unit shall have a 4 rows water coil (3 to 5 row as option) for operation in change/over mode or a 1
additional row heating (option).
Coils shall be made of aluminium fins mechanically bonded to 3/8’’ external diameter copper tubes. The maximum
operating pressure shall not exceed 100 kPa. The water inlet and outlet connections shall be of the flat seal type
and provided with brass nuts.
For 2 pipe/2 wire applications, the ARIA EC unit shall be provided, with an electric heater of the bare wire resistive
type protected by a thermo fusible link rated at 152 °C and a manual reset safety device rated at 75 °C.
The metal condensate tray shall be provided with a connection tube with an external diameter of 16 mm minimum
length of 15 mm. External insulation of drain pan will be of minimum 3 mm thickness PCE foam.
The 2 port or 3 ports with bypass motorised valves shall be provided with On/Off or proportional type actuators.
The ARIA unit shall have a disposable filter of G3 efficiency; access to the filter shall be from the bottom of the unit.
The centrifugal forward curved double intake fan (s) will have to be coupled to a motor with a 0-10V input
controlling variation speed ; minimum protection IP20; insulation class B and class F for the varnish.
(1) : Motors need to be supplied with 230V/50 Hz current and a 0-10V input for speed variation from 0 to 100%.
Fans operate on a 0-100% operating range, decreasing to minimum the building energy consumption.
Minimum airflow will b maintained to assure fresh air supply in the selected room (with fresh air option).
