Scan settings
FM scans is default to stop at any available station. This may
result in a poor signal-to-noise ratio (hiss) from weak stations.
To change the scan settings to stop only at stations with good
signal strength, select Yes after choosing Strong station only?

Audio settings
All stereo stations are reproduced in stations, this may result
in a poor signal-to-noise ratio (hiss). To play weak stations in
mono, select FM weak reception: Listen in mono only and
then YES.

Aux in mode plays audio file from an external source such as an MP3
player.
To play audio file with Aux in mode follow the steps below:

Turn the volume low on both the device and, if adjustable, the
audio source device.

Connect the external audio source to the 3.5mm Audio in socket
at the rear of the device.
