IMPORTANT: The Lemet water heater operates with a working pressure of 6 bar. Always
use the supplied 6 bar pressure relief valve or a 6 bar KIWA approved pressure relief
valve. If you have it fitted by an installer please instruct your installer use one of these
pressure relief valve for the water heater to function properly and to avoid any
problems. Moreover, failing to do so will void your warrantee.

COMMISSIONING: STARTING THE HEATER

1.  To fill the water heater gently open the stopcock of the mains water supply until it is fully

opened. Now open a warm water tap of a washbasin. Once both tanks are full you will notice
that water flows out in a steady, forceful jet from the warm water tap in the washbasin. You will
no longer see spurts of water coming out of the warm water tap due to air inside the heater.
Both tanks are now full.

2.  Close the warm water tap in the washbasin, but keep the stopcock of the mains water supply

fully open. Always keep that stopcock fully open.

3.  Now switch on the electric water heater by plugging in the power cable into the socket.
4.  After filling, it is necessary to check the tightness of the installation and the tightness of the

heater. If there is a leakage of water from under the flange cover or the heating element,
tighten it so as not to damage the thread.

5.  Set your electric water heater to the desired water temperature using the analogue controller.

Preferably set the temperature at 65 degrees celsius to ensure an even longer lifespan of your
water heater.

6.  GREENLINE and SMALL: set the temperature with the thermo regulator knob. It is

recommended to set the knob in just below the MAX setting of the regulation scope, i.e. about
65-70 °C. The lamp lighting up means the correct operation of the heater - the electric heating
element is working fine. In order to temporarily shut down the heater from the flow, it is
necessary disconnect it from the power supply.

ECOWAY: Set the required working mode in the ECOWAY model. It is recommended to set
the ECO+ mode as you will have optimal heater efficiency in this mode. It will also increase its
service life. In order to temporarily shut down the heater, it is necessary to turn off the
controller.

4.1 ECOWAY: control panel

1 ON/OF button

2 ECO+ button - turns on the ECO+ mode

3 PROG button - changes the working mode (manual/eco+ programmer) and the settings of the

DAILY TIME PROGRAMMER.

That allows you to set 3 different time ranges (P1, P2 and P3) for

optimized use of electric tariffs and minimized the electric power consumption.

4 Up/down buttons - are used to change the settings of the value displayed on the LED display

5 OK button - confirms the selection

6 Heating element LED - lights up when water is being heated

7 Power supply LED - lights up when the controller is supplied with electricity

8 DAILY TIME PROGRAMMER LEDs - light up when the controller is in the DAILY TIME
PROGRAMMER mode and displays the current program running. Program P1 - P1 LED lights up.
Program P2 - P2 LED lights up. Program P3 - P1 and P2 LEDS light up

9  ECO+ mode LED - lights up when the controller is in the ECO+ mode or flashes when learning the
ECO+ mode
