6 DISMOUNTING FROM THE TRACTOR

- Lock the STABILO steering device (fig. 14).

The machine can be stored in two positions; either folded out or
folded up. The folded out position is recommended.
Always place the machine on hard, even ground.

- Storage in folded-out position:

• Adjust all wheel supports in the same position.
• Lower the machine to the ground.
• Use the hydraulic valve to gently lower the lateral rotor seg-

ments.

• Lower the machine onto the ground using the tractor hydrau-

lics.

- Storage in folded-up position:

• Adjust the wheel supports of the middle two rotor segments in

the closest position to the dish (fig. 15). This ensures the most
stable position for the machine.

• Lower the machine onto the ground using the tractor hydrau-

lics.

All other actions for dismounting the machine from the tractor are
identical in both cases.

- Switch off the tractor engine.

- Disengage the PTO shaft from the tractor PTO.

- Place the PTO shaft in the hook (fig. 16).

- Depressurize the hydraulic system and disconnect the hydraulic

hose. Slide the dust cap onto the plug.

- Remove the control cord for the locking hook from the tractor

cab.

- Place the two parking jacks of the headstock in the lowest posi-

tion.

- Screw in the top link until the parking jacks are on ground level.

- Adjust the rear parking jack in the lowest possible position

(fig. 16).

- Disconnect the top link from the machine.

- Disconnect the lower arms from the machine.
