Vacuum line is dirty. Vacuum line must be cleaned.
Contact your local Lely service
provider.
The battery is low. The machine is not charged. See symptom 'The machine is
not charged'.
The battery is defect. Contact your local Lely service
provider.
The machine is not charged. The power supply is
disconnected. Check if Green LED is lit. If it is
not lit, check if the power supply
to the charger is OK.
The charging strips and/or the
charging electrodes are dirty.
Clean the charging strips of the
machine and/or the charging
electrodes of the charger
contact unit with a steel brush.
Check the LED lights of the
charging station. See 'Trouble shooting table
charging station' below.
I can not control the machine
with my smartphone. Bluetooth on the smartphone is
switched off. Switch on bluetooth on your
smartphone (see user manual of
your smartphone).
Your smartphone is not paired
to the machine. Pair your smartphone with the
machine (see Pair Your
Smartphone to the Machine on
page 5-1).
The Lely Control Plus app is not
connected to the machine. Connect the Lely Control Plus
app to the machine. (see
Connect the Lely Control Plus
app to the Machine on page 6-7)
The Lely Control Plus app is
connected, but to the wrong
machine. Connect the Lely Control Plus
app to the right machine (see
Connect the Lely Control Plus
app to the Machine on page 6-7).
The machine is out of range
from the smartphone. Bring your phone closer to the
machine.
Other unknown cause. Restart your smartphone and
restart the machine by switching
the machine off (see Switch the
Machine OFF on page 6-3) and
on (see Switch the Machine ON
on page 6-2).
I want to bring back the machine
to the charger but manual
control is not working. The battery is completely
empty. Bring back the machine to the
charger by hoisting the machine
(see Hoist the Machine on page
7-2). Do not push or tow the
machine.
