Now it’s time to fit the front wheel, Using a
15mm spanner
, loosen the
wheel nuts and slot the front wheel into the front fork of the bike.

Finger tighten the wheel nuts, then apply pressure to the handlebar to
centre the wheel, tighten wheel nuts using 15mm spanner
9.
Using a
10mm spanner
, remove the bolt holding the front brake, and
attach the front fender, when tightening the
10mm bolt,
make sure the
brake caliper is centred.
10.
Using the
two 8mm bolts located at the bottom rear of the front
fork
, attach the fender stays to the threaded eyelets and tighten the
bolts.
