Troubleshooting

The KaraokePal speaker will not turn on.

• Make sure to hold the power button down for a few seconds. 
A quick press may not turn the system on, especially if it is not 
plugged into a power source.

The Microphone will not turn on or the sound is cutting out.

• Ensure that you have good batteries in the mic and that they are 
in the correct orientation. When in doubt, try a fresh pair of NEW 
batteries.

• If the Bluetooth indicator light is solid, press the Pair button on the 
remote to disconnect the current device.

• Turn on Bluetooth on your device. If you have not connected

‘other devices’.

• If you have connected before, try selecting the KaraokePal from
