Description of register:
(1) IP_SRC is the source IP address, occupying 4 bytes
(2) IP_DEST is the destination IP address, occupying 4 bytes
(3) MAC_ADDR is the MAC address
(4) port1 - port6 are port number information, port1 is the UDP local port number, and port2 is the UDP destination port number.

The defined timestamp is used to record the time of the system. For the storage data format of the 37-46byte timestamp with the resolution
of 1us, refer to the interpretation of time in the table.
