Creating/editing a
codelist step-by-step

Step

Description

MANAGE Codelists

MANAGE New Codelist or MANAGE Edit Codelist

Name. A unique name for the codelist. The name may be up to 16 characters
long and may include spaces. Input required.

Creator. The person’s name who is creating the new codelist. Input optional.

CODES

(F4)

accesses MANAGE Codes where codes can be created, edited or

deleted.

STORE

(F1)

stores the codelist and returns to MANAGE Codelists.
