Objective

Staking out point objects. To make your life easier you will define a filter before 
staking out the point object. The filter will be defined the way that only points with 
a certain code and those points which have not yet been staked will be available to 
be staked out.

To accelerate the working example, skip the steps regarding the filters and 
proceed directly with staking out the point object.
