Note!
Never use the mixer vessel without a cover. Otherwise, food may be discarded.
4. Install the splash guard on the bowl. The filling opening with the flip-top should
be on the speed control side.
5. Press the splash guard until it clicks into place.
6. Choose the appropriate tip:
- Dough hook: used for heavy dough, such as bread dough
- Whisk: used to whip cream, egg whites, etc..
- Mixer: for medium to light batter, e.g. for pancakes
7. Attach the selected tip to the appropriate hole in the mixing arm from below.
8. Make sure the tips are properly attached.
9. Lightly press the tip in and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place.
10. Press the lock button and tilt the top down to the working position.
11. The device is ready for use.
