Latch Installation  

 

1. 

See Fig. 1. 

Install latch assembly into trunk 

using the following hardware. Leave latch 

loose to move in slots.  

• 

(4) M6 x 16 Button Head Bolts- CB1904 

• 

(4) M6 Fender Washers- CW2107 

2.

Route latch cable through large 

hole in front trunk wall. Secure grommet in 

hole.  

3.

. Route safety release cable through 

small hole in front trunk wall.  

4.  Apply silicone around safety release cable 

from inside trunk.
