Mask Time & Battery Test
The Enuresis sensor transmitter has a 15 minute mask time to prevent the same alarm
call re-reporting several times. There is a facility for Engineers to override this mask
time and test the battery at the same time.
When the sensor is activated the alarm call will be transmitted once, no further
transmissions will occur for 15 minutes giving time for the cause to be cleared.
Engineer’s
mask reset function; open the case, press and hold
BUTTON 1
on the transmitter
for 2 seconds until the
RED
light flashes once. After a short delay the
RED
light will flash once more
to indicate the mask time is reset and the battery power is OK. If the
RED
light flashes several times the battery power is low.
Maintenance
The Enuresis sensor should be activated periodically to check the bed mat is functioning and verify operation.
Cleaning the Bed Mat
To prevent false alarms always un-plug the bed mat from the interface unit before cleaning.
The bed mat can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and soapy water or a mild disinfectant.
Do not fully submerge the bed mat lead or interface unit in water.
Replacement Bed Mats
Due to the nature of the product bed mats are non-returnable.
Replacement mats are available separately

Battery Life

automatically transmitted. Once a low battery call is received the battery should be replaced within 7 days.
Detailed information on battery management for all Tynetec/Aidcall products is available - request Doc No. FM0630.
