User’s Manual

IV7400 has video-out function which supports simultaneous
display on TV, if you want to view the image or video on TV,
connect your TV to the video out connector first, it is
recommended to use the S-Video connection (if this is
supported by your TV) since S-Video has higher image
quality than C-Video. In the following TV-out window,
change the video format to conform your TV standard, or
adjust Flicker Filter, Brightness and Position resulting in a
satisfied image effect. On IV7400 Card, the jumper J1
default setting is for NTSC, if PAL Video-out needed,
please change the jumper J1 setting as the following.
