2.3 APPLICATION OF THE FRONT and BACK LABELS
To apply the front and the back label from the same reel, it will be necessary to adjustthe spacing between the 2
labels, by the programming control card:
- Turn the „LABEL 1-2‟ switch in position „2‟;
- Press in quick sequence the WHITE key on the right and the
key;
- Press the
/
keys to increase or decrease the timing between the 2 labels,which will consequently change the
spacing of the labels on the bottle;
- ATTENTION : every impulse will change the spacing between front and backlabels, proceed with gradual
modifications;
- Press the GREEN key to confirm the new setting;
- Place a bottle in position and press the START push-button (see FIG.1 at page 6)to check if the new distance
between front and back labels is correct;
- If a new modification is needed, turn the „LABEL 1-2‟ switch in position „1 andback in position „2‟
The same operation will have to be carried on for all different bottles and labels sizes.
Do not forget to take note of the values for each bottle dressing once you‟ve foundthe correct settings, for a quick
adjustment (settings can be noted on the sheet at theend of the present manual)
2.4 ADJUSTING THE ROLLERS ROTATION TIMING
The total rotation timing of the rubber rollers is usually set at 4 sec. ; according to thespecifications of the bottles
and the labels, you may choose to shorten or increase thistiming:
- Press the first

- Press in quick sequence the WHITE key on the right and the

keys to increase or decrease the rollers rotation timing:
- Press the GREEN key to confirm the new setting.
ATTENTION : every impulse will change the time, proceed with gradualmodifications
2.5 DATE PRINTING DEVICE (option)
If the date printing device is installed on the machine, you can set it as follows:
- Unscrew the fixing bolts to move the printing head holder in the needed position
