Ground recessed light (LC-EL-140) - Assembly instructions
1. Disconnect the building-side connecting
cable from the power supply and secure it
against being switched on again. To do
this, trip the corresponding circuit breaker
of the house installation. Then check that
no voltage is present.
2. Open the light (1) by loosening the four
screws (4) on the top of the light. Then
carefully lay the frame (5), the washer with
sealing ring (6) aside so that they cannot
be damaged.
Loosen the screws (8) and remove the
lamp (1) from the mounting pot (2).
Guide the connection cable (3) on the
building side through the opening on the
underside of the installation pot (2) and
place it in its mounting position.
5. Insert the light source.
6. Connect the connection cable of the
luminaire to the connection cable (3) on the
building side. The cables must be
connected in a watertight manner (e.g. with
a cable sleeve).
Now place the lamp (1) in the mounting pot
and fix it in place using the screws (8).
9. Close the housing and retighten the four
screws (4).
0. 1Switch the power supply back on. The
installation is now complete.
