Getting Started:
Turn on Baby COUNTING PAL
™
take-along learning toy by pushing the ON/OFF button or by
pushing any of the four mode buttons. The product will automatically turn off after 2 minutes
of inactivity.
How to Play with Baby COUNTING PAL take-along learning toy:
Counting Mode:
• Push the Counting mode selector button.
• Numbers: Press the buttons 1-5 to hear a short rhyming song that introduces
numbers, counting 1-5 and garden creatures.
• Second Press: Press the number again to hear a counting song.
Colors/Colours Mode:
• Push the Colors/Colours mode selector button.
• Colors/Colours: Press any of the buttons to hear songs about colors/colours in 5 different
musical styles (Opera, Country, Barbershop, Jazz and Reggae).
• Second Press: Press the color/colour again to hear a color/colour song.
Classical Music Mode:
• Press the Music mode selector button.
• Press any of the numbers to hear 5 classical tunes:
1) Mozart – Piano Sonata in C, 2) Boccherini – String Quintet, 3) Bach – Brandenburg Suite,
4) Vivaldi – the Rite of Spring, 5) Beethoven – Ode to Joy
Musical Medley Mode:
• Push the Musical Medley mode selector button.
• Press any button to hear continuous music.
Note: The number that is pressed first will determine which melody is played first.
Volume Control:
Move the volume switch, located on the battery box, to the LOW or HIGH position.

Battery Information:
Batteries included are for in-store demonstration, and should be replaced for home use.
Requires 3 AAA (called LR03 in some countries) alkaline batteries.

Batteries are small objects and may pose a choking hazard for small children. Batteries
must be replaced by an adult. Follow the polarity (+/-) diagram in the battery compartment.

Battery Removal and Installation Instructions:
1. Open the battery door (located inside the product) with a screwdriver.
2. If used or spent batteries are present, remove these batteries from the unit by pulling up
on one end of each battery.
3. Install new batteries as shown in the polarity (+/-) diagram inside the battery
compartment.
4. Replace battery door securely.
