Leander 950 12 Month New Product Limited Warranty
Leander LLC provides a limited warranty of this new product for a period of one (1) year (Twelve
months) from the date of shipment to the purchaser, to be free of defects in parts and workmanship.
For twelve (12) months if, in normal use, a part is found to be defective or breaks during the first twelve
(12) months of the warranty period, we will repair or replace the part (at our option) including the labor
to do so at our expense.
All freight charges incurred to have warranty work performed, including
the full replacement of the product, will be the responsibility of the product owner. The only
exceptions to the one (1) year limited warranty are upholstery, foam handgrips and mechanical
lock (Mechlok) products, which carry a twelve (12) month part only warranty from the date of
shipment.
What the limited warranty covers:
1. Any part which proves to be defective during the warranty period or which causes the
product to malfunction.
2. All labor required to repair the product in the event of malfunction during the first twelve
(12) months of the warranty period.
What the limited warranty does not cover.
1. FREIGHT charges resulting from warranty claims during the warranty period.
2. Any claim against upholstery, foam hand grips and Mechlok products beyond twelve
(12) months from date of shipment to the original purchaser.
3. Repair or replacement of any part caused by negligent use or accidental damage or
breakage.
4. Repair or replacement of any part damage due to fire, water or any other natural disaster.
5. Labor to install or adjust non-warranty parts.
6. Labor to install any mechanical lock (Mechlok) after the first ninety (90) days. If
determined defective, the Mechlok will be replaced free of charge and delivered from the
factory with installation/change-out instructions for easy customer replacement.
7. All cost incurred due to the use of any external electrical or electronic device that is not
manufactured by Leander, LLC.
Responsibility of the manufacturer or distributor:
To arrange for the repair of the product in a timely manner (availability of service personnel) in the event
of malfunction during the warranty period.
Responsibility of the purchaser:
To promptly notify the manufacturer of distributor of a suspected malfunction during the warranty period.
This twelve (12) month LIMITED warranty obligation is specifically limited to the above provisions and
the terms and conditions noted elsewhere herein. Leander, LLC is released from any contingent liability
caused by, but not limited to, any actions caused by service personnel, loss of revenue due to inability
to use its products or collateral or contingent damage caused by a product malfunction.
This twelve (12) month warranty does not apply to remanufactured or used products sold by Leander,
LLC or any of its authorized distributors. Remanufactured or used products are covered under a
separate warranty.
All PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS.
