1.
INSTALL
AND
USE
YOUR
FLUID
‐
HEAD
•
position
the
spigot
in
the
top
aperture
of
your
followspot
and
close
tightly
the
closing
device
(knob/lever)
provided
with
the
tripod
•
remove
the
4
hex
‐
head
screws
and
relevant
washers
from
the
fluid
‐
head
plate
•
remove
the
nut
from
the
central
spigot
(screw)
of
the
plate
•
position
your
followspot
making
sure
the
M12
spigot
(screw)
on
the
plate
of
the
fluid
‐
head
is
fitted
in
the
central
hole
of
the
stirrup.
Reposition
the
nut
and
tighten.
•
fix
the
stirrup
EXCLUSIVELY
with
the
supplied
screws
•
if
you
are
using
the
central
holes:
the
2
M10
screws
come
with
a
set
of
4
washers
each,
which
allow
to
correctly
mount
stirrups
of
various
thickness.
Apply
1
to
4
washers
and
gently
tighten
each
screw
by
hand
until
it
reaches
the
underlying
surface.
Do
not
apply
any
further
pression
as
this
would
block
the
pan
movement
of
the
fluid
head
•
if
you
are
using
the
side
holes:
apply
the
supplied
washer
to
each
screw
and
tighten
it
in
position
FAILURE
TO
USE
THE
SUPPLIED
SCREWS
MIGHT
RESULT
INTO
PERMANENT
DAMAGE
TO
THE
FLUID
HEAD
•
Use
the
side
knob
on
the
side
of
the
plate
to
friction
the
pan
movement
of
the
fluid
head
and
therefore
of
the
followspot.
The
smoothness
depend
on
the
weight
of
the
followspot.
The
tighter
the
knob,
the
tighter
the
movement.
