The power indicator light does not switch on after start up:
• Check if the AC adapter cord is properly inserted into the plug.
• Determine if the power supply works properly.
• Make sure that the battery is charged.
There is no display on the screen whereas the computer is on:
• Adjust the luminosity of the LCD screen
• If you have connected another peripheral display such as a projector or a monitor,
disconnect it, then reboot.
• Check if the display shifts from a screen to another.
When the computer suddenly freezes, doesn’t wake up from sleep
mode or deep sleep mode:
• Maintain the power button held during 4 to 6 seconds to force the computer to
shut down.
How to change the booting disk?
• Press the start button and consult the start-up screen to access the BIOS menu
by pressing F2.
• Use the left and right arrow keys to navigate and choose to enter in the « Boot »
menu.
• In the « Boot option priorities », use the + and - keys to navigate and select the
wanted booting disk.
Keys of the Numeric keypad are disabled:
• « Numeric locking » function is off. Press simultaneously on FN + F12 keys to
enable the function.
Why does the touch pad scrolling function sometimes loses fluency?
• The touch pad might lose fluency if the surface is soiled with dust, grease or
sweat, for example.
• Maintain the touch pad clean and dry, avoid contact with any liquid substance.
• Use the touch pad with dry fingers.
• Clean the touch pad to remove dust from the surface and avoid sensitivity loss.
• Use a clean cloth or paper soaked in alcohol to clean the touch pad.
• Do not vaporize the fluid directly on the touch pad to avoid any damage.
