Warning
Read this guide for important safety information and instructions to set up and use the LCD
Monitor. Use only the power adapter that came with your LCD. Adapters from other equipment
may look similar, but may damage the display.
Placement
To prevent fire or electric shock, do not expose this monitor to rain or moisture. Do not place
the monitor on an unstable surface, tripod or bracket to prevent it from falling. Keep the unit
away from strong magnets, heat sources, direct sunlight and excessive dust. If the monitor
brought directly from a cold to warm location, moisture may condense inside the unit. When
you move it from a cold to warm location, wait about one hour before operating the monitor
until the moisture evaporates.
Maintenance
To avoid electrical shock, do not open the enclosure. High voltage is present. There are no user
serviceable parts inside the enclosure. Do not use any chemical solvent, cleaning agent or
corrosive detergent to clean the surface of the screen. To clean the LCD screen, we recommend
using a lint-free lens cleaning cloth, such as those used for optical eye glasses or camera lenses.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
Your monitor comes supplied with an AC and/or DC power adapters. Depending on the
accessories you purchased, you can power and use the LCD in a variety of ways. USING A
POWER SOURCE NOT SUPPLIED BY LCD4VIDEO COULD LEAD TO PERMANENT DAMGE NOT
COVERED BY YOUR WARRANTY. IF YOU PLAN ON USING A POWER SOURCE FROM ANTOHER
MANUFACTURE, PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS THE CORRECT VOLTAGE AND POLARITY.
