A weight kit is included to balance the fan in case of vibrations. Balancing should be
done by a qualified professional.
If the fan makes a slight noise, allow a stabilisation period of about 24 hours.
Make sure that the electrical power to the fan is turned off before cleaning it.
Do not use water to clean the fan, as this may damage the motor and cause electric
shock.
Clean the blades with a dry cloth.
BALANCING THE FAN :
Place the clip in the centre of a blade.
Turn on the fan, and if the vibration continues, place the clip on another blade until the
vibration is reduced. It will be the blade that needs the counterweight.
Check the best position to place the counterweight, placing the clip in different places
from the centre to the tip of the blade, until the vibration disappears.
USE
BALANCE AND MAINTENANCE
Do not use the Summer/Winter reversible
function when the fan is on. The fan must be
switched off and the blades must be stopped.
Summer: The air flows downwards producing a
cool breeze.
Winter: The ascending air flow pushes the warm
air from the ceiling downwards.
