8. Operation
8.12.5 MIC OPEN Indicator

Central Module
The
MIC OPEN
indicator lights in red whenever at least one MIC source fader is open. If no MIC faders are
open, then the indicator goes out.
The state is triggered by the ten MIC sources, and is applied independently from the channel status (ON/OFF).
The
MIC OPEN
status can also trigger two external red lights, one in the control room and one in the studio,
by preparing the

Fader Strip (HYBRID source)
The
CALL
indicator (on DisplayDock) blinks in yellow if there is an incoming call to a hybrid source. Press the
TEL
key on the source's fader strip to answer the call.
To support this function, the GPIO connector must be correctly wired as GPIs 7 and 8 are used to trigger the
incoming calls. See GPIO functions and Connector Pin-Outs.
