15. Connecting a VisTool MK2 PC

15.5

Fader Strip ACCESS Keys

ACCESS keys allow the operator to change the fader strip in access from the VisTool screen.

Using the ON-AIR Designer, name the relevant Access key(s) from the

Vis Chan

branch of the 'Tree

Definition'.

You will need to name the

Access

key for each of the 4 fader strips on each Fader Module, and the

LayerSelect

key if you wish to access sources on Layer 2.

Save

the system configuration and update

VisTool Editor

's ZirkonProject link so that

VisTool Editor

reads any new configuration data.

Using

VisTool Editor

, right-click on a button and select

MF Key

Fader Module

to assign the named

Access

and

LayerSelect

keys from step 1.
