ASSEMBLY

INSTALLING THE SIDE DISCHARGE CHUTE

Do not at any time make any adjustment to the lawn mower without first stopping the motor and removing the
safety key. Ensure the mulching plug is fitted when using the side discharge chute. Do not fit the collection

bag.

The mower is designed to be able to disperse the clippings back to the lawn when the side discharge chute is

fitted. Lift the mulching door and insert the side discharge chute by mounting the support hook onto the metal

spring frame. Release the door back down during operation (Fig. 9). This feature is optional and does not

need to be fitted at all times.
