3.3 TRANSPORT POSITION
The Lavina 14E has the ability to be folded and transported by one person. This can be done with or without the head
attached.
SEPARATING THE HEAD
To seperate the head, start by removing the vacuum connection. Pull up and towards the front of the machine [1] .Disconnect
the electric motor power connection by lifting up the metal locking clip and pulling toward the front of the machine [2] . Pull
out the safety clips and then remove the pins connecting the head to the carriage [3] . With everything disconnected, tilt the
machine slightly downward and pull back to remove the carriage [4] .
