SETTING THE SPEED
When activating switch( 1 ), the processing speed corresponds to the minimum speed settled . However, maximum
processing speed can only be achieved by pressing the II speeds( 2 ).
FOR SAUCEPAN BLENDING
The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing
drinks and milkshakes .
1.
Insert the Motor part ( 3 ) into the blender shaft (4) , thread it until it is firmly fixed.
2.
Place the food into the beaker or a similar container.

Introduce the hand blender in the vessel, then holding the beaker steady, select the required speed then press the on
button. (Select a low speed for slower blending and to minimize splashing and a higher speed or turbo for faster blending).

To avoid splashing, place the blade in the food before switching on.
5.
Do not allow the liquid to protrude above the joint between the motor (3) and the blender shaft (4).
6.
Move the blade through the food and use a mashing or stirring action to incorporate the mixture.
7.
If your blender get blocked, unplug and dispose of food debris that may obstruct its operation.
8.
After use releasing the On or Turbo button and always disconnect from the power supply. Then remove the blender shaft
(4) from the power handle (3).
CLEANING
1.
Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
2.
Do not touch the sharp blades.
3.
Take special care when preparing food for babies, the elderly and infirm. Always ensure that the hand blender shaft is
thoroughly sterilized. Use a sterilizing solution in accordance with the sterilizing solution in manufacturers’instructions.
4.
Some foods, eg. Carrot may discolour the plastic. Rubbing with a cloth dipped in vegetable oil helps remove discolouring.
5.
Do not wash any parts in a dishwasher.
