Inserting batteries
Open the battery compartment (7) and insert batteries
according to the symbols. Be sure to pay attention to
polarity.
On-floor applications:
Turn on the unit with the ON / Off switch (1). The laser
lines now produce a 90° angle on the floor. These
projected lines allow tiles to be laid easily, yet precisely.
The 90° try-square edge (4) makes it easy to align the
first floor tile.
Wall applications:
The long-range laser beams also project very visible laser
lines on walls. Level the instrument with its levelling feet
(6, 7) according to the spirit-level indicators (2). The
spirit-levels are back-lighted to guarantee good visibility
even in reduced ambient light.
