files not playing: 

• 

Make sure USB drive is 128GB  

or less. 

• 

Check USB drive has been  

formatted to the FAT32 or exFAT 

file system.  If USB is new out of the 

box, we recommend you format it on 

a Windows based computer first  

before using with the speaker. 

•  Make sure to only use MP3    

music files copied to the USB.
