1. Check battery level and charge if needed.
2. Try Microphone while connected to power cable.

1. Search and connect to MIC-MK21.
2. Check volume on connected device and
increase if necessary.
Radio not clear
1. Please make sure to plug in the Micro USB cable
into the Power Input connector (without plugging
into charger) as the cable will double as an aerial.
2. Change location of Microphone for better
reception.
Micro SD Card or USB drive not working
or files not playing
1. Check the Micro SD Card or USB drive is
formatted to FAT32 or exFAT file system.
2. Make sure to only use MP3 files copied
to the storage.
