What picture formats are
supported?
Photo DCF JPEG and Photoshop®’s Baseline JPEG
What is the maximum size
picture the Digiframe can
display?
The Digital picture frame can display images up to 16
Megapixels.
Can I adjust the picture
settings like colour and
brightness?
No. The colour, contrast and brightens settings are all preset
in the factory for your screen.
Can I have a USB drive and a
Memory card inserted at the
same time?
You can, but a card and a USB drive is plugged in to the
Digital Picture frame at the same time it will default to the
USB drive only. You will need to remove the USB drive and
restart to read the card.
Can I alter the slideshow
settings?
The slideshow settings in are preset at the factory and
cannot be changed.
Can the Digital Picture Frame
be set to show images in
portrait rather than
landscape?
The Digital Picture frame can only be set to show images in
the Landscape format. Images taken in the portrait mode
will be displayed in the “pillar box’ format.
Can I change the transitions? No. The transition and order of image playback is random.

Power not connected or turned on

Will not read card
•
Card in wrong files system. Cards and drives should
be in FAT/FAT32 only. Reformat card/drive if
required.

Card not seated correctly. Remove and replace.
Will not read image files
Files in wrong format. Convert format to JPEG
Slideshow/forward/next
buttons are slow to respond.
Large images files can affect the performance of the Digital
Picture Frames. Copy & Reduce image resolution. Lower
resolution will also reduce size required for each file
allowing more images on your card or Flash drive.
