Step 9. Install the Newel post on the first floor. Figure 27. Next install newel post on the 2

floor with safety railings.
Step 10. Install all 2
nd
floor window frames, doors and stairs as done on the 1
st
floor, Figure 29. Next install all walls 2A thru 2N. Figure 30.

Step 11. Install third floor onto 2
nd
floor walls and allow the second floor walls to dry. Once dry remove 3
rd
floor and install newel post to
stairs and then glue 3
rd
floor to 2
nd
floor walls as in figure 31. Next install two newel post right above porch rails, figure 32. Locate correct
2
nd
floor rail and glue to wall at left and first newel post. Rail should fit firm in between. Figure 33. Continue working around installing the
rails and 5” porch post, figure 34, aligned with the first floor post. At the end install a newel post, figure 35.
