REPLACING POLYCARBONATE LENS
FOR EPL MODEL COVERS
The polycarbonate lens cover is intended to protect the lamps from paint overspray. Simply replace
the polycarbonate lens cover when dirty instead of the glass pyrex lens tubes. Replacement
overspray covers may be purchased from Larson Electronics, Part Number: EPL-48-2L-187-RL
Follow the basic steps below.
1. Replacing lens:
Grasp one side and pull away from lamp to remove old lens.
2. Install polycarbonate lens:
Start with one side and insert lens under the lip of lamp.
3.
Attach polycarbonate lens to the other side under the opposite lip.
A mild soap and water can be used keep the lens clean and clear. If the lens becomes dirty beyond
cleaning, the polycarbonate lens can be removed as easily as it was installed.
