DO  NOT  OPERATE  IF THE  LENS, CORD, SEALS, HOUSING, RECEPTACLES, ETC. IS CRACKED  OR

DAMAGED. IF SO, DISCONTINUE USE AND CONTACT MANUFACTURER FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS.

ALL FASTENERS SHOULD BE PROPERLY SEATED.

CORD IS CONNECTED TO A POWER SOURCE IN HAZARDOUS AREA, PLUG AND MATCHING RECEPTACLE 

MUST BE SUITABLE FOR HAZARDOUS LOCATION INVOLVED. IMPROPER USE OF THIS DEVICE, ASSOCIATED

PERIODIC INSPECTION OF THE RECEPTACLE AND CORD IS NECESSARY.

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE MUST BE PERFORMED BY A TRAINED AND COMPETENT 

ELECTRICIAN. 

IF ANY PARTS OF THE RECEPTACLE OR PLUG APPEAR TO BE MISSING, BROKEN, OR SHOW SIGNS OR 

DAMAGE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. REPLACE WITH THE PROPER REPLACEMENT PART(S) BEFORE 

CONTINUING SERVICE. 

The EPL-120-150-EPP from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Hand Lamp that is UL Listed Class I Division 1 

Groups C & D and is ideal for general work activities in hazardous locations requiring explosion proof protection.

WIRING 

This explosion proof hand lamp is equipped with 150 feet of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted 

with an explosion proof cord cap for easy connection to explosion proof outlets. Plug options include a 5-15 15 amp straight 

blade plug for use with 120V explosion proof outlets, or a 5-20 20 amp straight blade plug for use with 120V explosion proof 

outlets. **PLEASE NOTE** voltage ratings on plugs and outlets are MAXIMUM voltage. For low voltage applications, 

proper voltage must be applied to the outlet or damage to the light fixture will occur. 

We strongly encourage a licensed electrician install this product

, in all locations especially in outdoor areas 

where weatherproofing may be required. Universal voltage driver permits operation at 100V  -  277V AC, 50 or 60Hz
