DAILY INSPECTION
- external examination, examples: cleanliness, equipment ground clearances, ground
surface finishes, exposed foundations, sharp edges, missing parts, excessive wear
(of moving parts) and structural integrity
- checking condition of the surface and adjusting if needed
PERIODIC CHECKS
- checking the tension of the ropes and adjusting if needed
- checking the condition of construction elements
- checking loose clips (elements joining two ropes) and adjusting if needed
ANNUAL INSPECTION
- checking the tension of the ropes and adjusting if needed
- checking the condition of construction elements
- checking loose clips (elements joining two ropes) and adjusting if needed
- checking the thickness of the filling surface around devices, fill up if needed
REMARKS
FIRST TIGHTENING OF THE ROPES SHOULD BE MADE ONE WEEK AFTER FIRST
USE,
SECOND TIGHTENING OF THE ROPES SHOULD BE MADE ONE MONTH
AFTER FIRST ONE.
NEXT TIGHTENING OF THE ROPES SHOULD BE MADE AFTER ANNUAL
INSPECTION.
