ASSEMBLY

Center Rear Scraper Installation

1.

With the Rollers on level ground, place the 5/8-11
U-Bolts over the frame tube and through the Center
Scraper Brackets, secure with Flanged Locknut.

Figures 2-67 and 2-68

.

NOTE

A scraper can be used as a guide to achieve the 1/4” gap.

2.

Assemble the Scraper Tube to the Center Scraper
Brackets with a 3/8-16 U-Bolts, Scrapers and
Flanged Locknuts. Center the Scraper between the
Notched Wheels and adjust the Scraper so that there
is a 1/4 gap between the Scraper and Notched
Wheel. Tighten.

3.

Attach the Scrapers to the Scraper Tube with 3/8-16
U-Bolts and Flanged Locknuts, ensure that the
scrapers are centered between the Notched Wheels
along with a 1/4” gap between the Scraper and
Notched Wheel.
